業務内容
Purpose of the positionUnder the direction of Relationship Development Manager and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to maximize the support to MSF operations, the position holder develops strong engagement with *legacy donation prospects. The person is also required to develop engagement with ‘Major donors’ (‘high value donors’ including individuals and corporate).
*Legacy donation consists of bequest (the donation left by last will) and donation of Inheritance. Legacy donation prospects are the people who are willing to leave donation for MSF.
Objective
・ Achieve ambitious fundraising net income in line with the MSF principle and strategy
・ Raise awareness of legacy donation, generate lead, develop engagement with prospects
・ grow and strengthen engagement of targeted major individual and corporate donors
Main Responsibilities
1) Legacy prospect account management (expected time allocation: around 70%)
・ Develop and improve communication plans with legacy donation prospects
・ Respond to legacy inquiries and questions
2) One to one Major donor account management (Individual and corporate) (expected time allocation: around 10%)
・ Develop and increase the number of direct contacts with individual and corporate donors
・ Strengthen personal and engagement of donors via meetings, phone calls, and mails and e-mails
3) People/team management (expected time allocation: around 10%)
・ Daily supervision for officer level staffs and assistant
・ Motivate, support and coach team members
4) Contribution for MSF Japan and the movement (expected time allocation: around 10%)
・ Lead and collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure the superior donor experience.
・ Ensure alignment among departments and teams to generate synergies, economy of scale/scope.

Purpose of the positionMSF Japan’s Field Human Resources (FHR) Department is responsible for managing the outreach, recruitment, placement, capacity building, career development, and psychosocial support for internationally mobile staff to meet the operational needs of MSF internationally. FHR Department closely works with Communications, Fundraising, Advocacy, and Support Services Departments and Tokyo Cell.
Objective
The overall objective is to guide and support internationally mobile staff through all administrational steps before departing with MSF and after returning from MSF missions.
Main responsibilities
1. HR Officer
・Collect all relevant documents for employment process
・Issue employment and secondment contracts
・Amend contracts in line with changes in employee roles, compensation, or working conditions
2. Departure Officer
・Manage all administrative matters related to the arrival/departure/training of internationally mobile staff in terms of:
o Collect all relevant documents for the assignment process
o Organize all visa & work permit related issues for internationally mobile staff
o Plan and organize briefings and debriefings
o Plan and organize medical checks & vaccinations before departure and after return
3. Others
・Ensure regular update of the personnel database and filing of all relevant documents
・Data Protection: as a data processor, ensures that all requirements of compliance related to data protection & privacy of information are implemented and upheld
・Work with the FHR team to identify and implement improvements to the administration system

Q 語学力はどの程度必要ですか。
原則として、ビジネスレベル(会議で意見を言える、英語で簡単なレポートを書ける程度)の英語力が必要です。
Q 医療・人道援助にまつわる専門性は必要ですか。
募集職種によりますが、入職の段階では必ずしも求められません。しかし、入職後ぜひ興味を持って勉強し、人道援助への理解を深めてください。国境なき医師団では、海外現場から帰国したスタッフによる報告会や、さまざまなレクチャー、外部向け講演会などを催しています。
Q 入職後の研修について教えてください。
オリエンテーション(座学)とオン・ザ・ジョブ・トレーニングを組み合わせた研修が1カ月程度行なわれます。その他、自身のスキルを高めるため、外部研修などに参加できる「自己啓発援助制度」もあります。
