業務内容

Purpose of the position
Under the direction of Relationship Development Manager and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, to maximize the support to MSF operations, the position holder develops strong engagement with *legacy donation prospects. The person is also required to develop engagement with ‘Major donors’ (‘high value donors’ including individuals and corporate).
*Legacy donation is the donation left by last will, and legacy donation prospects are the people who are willing to leave donation for MSF in their wills.

Objectives
Achieve ambitious fundraising net income in line with the MSF principle and strategy
・Raise awareness of legacy donation, generate lead, develop engagement with prospects
・Grow and strengthen engagement of targeted major individual and corporate donors

Requirements of the position
Based in Japan (Commutable to MSF Japan Office in Waseda)/ some short domestic travels expected

Main Responsibilities
1)Legacy prospect account management (expected time allocation: around 80-90%)
2)One to one Major donor account management (Individual and corporate) (expected time alloction: around 10-20%)

Purpose of the position

Provide the MSF movement with the right candidates for field positions in sufficient quantities and at the right time.
Follow the complete recruitment process (pre-recruitment activities, recruitment and post-recruitment)
Work in close collaboration with the other members of the Field HR team on HR projects identified in the action plan, to increase the number of specific professions and skilled individuals recruited by MSF Japan for MSF internationally.
Collaborate with members from other departments (Communications, Fundraising etc.) on different topics.

Objectives

・Pre-recruitment activities: engage with potential applicants in order to create interest and trigger applications.
・Recruitment: follow the whole screening process, depending on the profiles and OCs, making sure we provide the right profile.
・Post-recruitment: ensure the proper induction of new recruits and match their profile with corresponding field needs.

Purpose of the position
Under the direction of the General Director, the Director of Communications leads the
Communications department to define and implement communication strategies, policies and activities that raise and deepen awareness of MSF and its field activities among Japanese society.
The position holder ensures that the department's objectives and activities and team members are also able to support the recruitment, advocacy and fundraising objectives of MSF Japan.

Requirements of the position

Based in Tokyo (Commutable to MSF Japan Office in Waseda) with occasional international travel (estimated travel 10-15%).

Objectives
The Director of Communications' core objective will be to ensure the delivery of the MSF Japan annual plans aligned to the current and future strategic plan.
・ Increase MSF's awareness and engagement in Japan.
・ Develop a communication approach and activities that are supportive of MSF Japan fundraising and field HR objectives while ensuring coherent messaging and branding.
・ All MSF Japan communications reflect and are aligned to MSF principles, unique identity and temoignage and advocacy goals are at heart of initiatives.

業務内容

Overall Responsibilities
This key position facilitates the successful coordination, communication and functioning of MSF Japan’s General Director and Leadership Team (hereafter referred to as LT). The Executive Assistant (EA) is the focal point on all executive matters for internal stakeholders.

The role provides high quality administrative assistance and project support in a one-on-one working relationship with the General Director and members of the MSF Japan Leadership Team. The EA supports the General Director in meeting MSF-Japan’s operational goals and objectives, and requires broad experience in business administration, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.

The role also works closely with the Board Assistant who works for MSF Japan’s President and Board members part-time, and the Association Coordinator who works for MSF Japan’s Association.

事務局職員募集に関するよくあるご質問

Q 語学力はどの程度必要ですか。

原則として、ビジネスレベル(会議で意見を言える、英語で簡単なレポートを書ける程度)の英語力が必要です。

Q 医療・人道援助にまつわる専門性は必要ですか。

募集職種によりますが、入職の段階では必ずしも求められません。しかし、入職後ぜひ興味を持って勉強し、人道援助への理解を深めてください。国境なき医師団では、海外現場から帰国したスタッフによる報告会や、さまざまなレクチャー、外部向け講演会などを催しています。

Q 入職後の研修について教えてください。

オリエンテーション(座学)とオン・ザ・ジョブ・トレーニングを組み合わせた研修が1カ月程度行なわれます。その他、自身のスキルを高めるため、外部研修などに参加できる「自己啓発援助制度」もあります。
