|
| 過日、東京マラソン2020チャリティ「チャリティランナー」クラウドファンディングの応募が締め切られました。皆さまからたくさんのご声援と、ご支援をいただきありがとうございました。お陰様で、クラウドファンディングに挑戦していたMSF職員、とみたりかが、東京マラソン2020にチャリティランナーとして出走することが決定しました。とみた宛てにクラウドファンディングでいただいた寄付金の合計額が、出走の条件であった上位300位内となったことにより実現します。ご支援いただいた皆さま、本当にありがとうございました。とみたからのメッセージをお送りします。 |

「エンドレスジャーニー」
わくわくする冒険の響き？しかし、その旅の真実とはーー。
世界各地ではいまも多くの人が紛争や迫害、暴力や貧困によって住まいを追われ、終わりの見えない命がけの旅を続けています。国境なき医師団では、2019年12月18日（水）～22日（日）まで、キャンペーンイベント「エンドレスジャーニー展 ～終わらせたい、強いられた旅路～」を開催いたします。移動を強いられた人びとの置かれた現状と、国境なき医師団の活動を伝える、体験・思考型の企画展です。
今回、「エンドレスジャーニー展」期間中に、東京マラソン
2019/2020チャリティ チャリティランナーの皆さまを特別にご招待するイベントを開催します！MSFの仕事を知るスタッフが、皆さまをエンドレスジャーニーの世界にご案内いたします。ぜひ、世界のことや、MSFの活動をより深く知っていただければ幸いです。

Hello Charity Runners! We are Médecins Sans Frontières Japon / Doctors Without Borders Japan (MSFJ) Marathon Club.
The application for the Tokyo Marathon 2020 Charity "Charity Runner" crowdfunding is now over. Thank you very much for all of your support. Thanks to you, Rika Tomita, an MSF finance officer, has been selected as a charity runner for the Tokyo Marathon 2020 charity. The total amount of donations sent to Tomita through crowdfunding was in the top 300, which was a prerequisite. Here is a message from Rika. |

This time, I would like to finish the race in less than 5 hours, 30 minutes shorter than the record of my first marathon, Tokyo Marathon 2019 Charity. I will do my best to complete the race and I would like to contribute to MSF activities by running as a charity runner." |

MSF Japan campaign event: 'Endless Journey' |

'Endless journey…'
These words may excite you. However, in reality, a lot of displaced people are facing a never ending journey. Many have to flee from home because of conflict, violence, torture, poverty and so on. It is definitely a forced journey.
MSF Japan is holding an exhibition in December that highlights the plight of displaced people facing their never ending journey. We would like show you what endless journey means to these people through this exhibition featuring five different areas, the Mediterranean Sea, Africa, the Middle East, East Asia and Central America.
During this exhibition, we would like to invite Tokyo Marathon 2019/2020 Charity runners to a special event at which MSF staff will explain about MSF activities and take you on a tour of the Endless Journey. If you are interested in joining our event, please make prior registration by December 13th, 17:00(JST). We accept up to 100 people, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Date and Time: Sunday, December 22nd 11:00-13:00
*Please come to the reception at 11:00.
Location: 3331 Art Chiyoda in Tokyo
6-11-14, Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
Maximum number of invitees: 100.
Admission: Free.
