| As you may already know, the MSF movement is currently looking at ways to make MSF a more inclusive organisation, free from discrimination, to leverage the diversity of its staff globally. |

| Since inclusion and diversity are themes that are themselves subject to diverse interpretation, we would like to hear your views on this topic so that MSF Japan can contribute its perspective to the movement on these themes. |
|
| In order to do that, MSF Japan is conducting a simple online survey to get your views. The survey takes 15 to 20 minutes and will be opened until the 19th of June. |
|
| The results will be shared with you and will also feed into a workshop to take place in July this year aimed at discussing the themes more in depth (the methodology of which and participant selection being currently worked on). |
