| We are very happy to share the 2019 End of Mission Survey Global Results report. |
|
| This End of Mission Survey is based on the whole cycle of an MSF assignment beginning with the preparation and contractual stages to the period of the assignment itself and finally to the post-assignment steps such as debriefing and review of satisfaction. In 2019 a bit less than 7,000 international staff were contacted, a bit more than 3,000 respondents filled the survey so 43.5% response rate. The survey has gradually improved and the response rate is higher. We believe it has been and remains a very important tool to monitor in a consistent way the experience of international staff and allows respective sections to identify what can be improved. |

| This is also a separate report meant for each section with their respective data. All international staff who came back from an assignment in 2019 will also receive the Global Results report. |
|
| The report is done internally, it has obvious limitations and is very much perfectible so do not hesitate to share your thoughts. |
