| This report is meant to relay the feedback of international staff upon return from mission with MSF, to trigger internal discussions and help inform HR decisions. A bit more than 7,000 international staff were contacted, a bit less than 2,900 respondents filled the survey so 40% response rate. |

| The report is done internally, it has obvious limitations and is very much perfectible so do not hesitate to share your thoughts. |
