Position Community Fundraising Manager,Fundraising Department
Type of Contract Open-ended Contract
Main Responsibilities Community fundraising manager is the position to create fully new fundraising scheme which involves various groups of communities and develop their sustainable operation, utilizing external volunteer people. The aim of this position is;
  • To increase the number of new donors and volunteers in various local and private communities
  • To raise the level of people's understanding of MSF in local areas outside of Kanto
  • To strengthen whole MSFJ fundraising activities in long term by increasing the number of people and communities who have 'engagement experience with MSF'

Position Relationship Development Manager,Fundraising Department

Main Responsibilities Relationship Development manager is the position to lead a team which is responsible for managing, motivating, and enhancing the engagement of, MSFJ high value donors (major donors-individual and corporate) and *legacy donation prospects, under direction of the Head of Philanthropic Partnership.
  • Lead and manage execution of one to one communication programs ( events, letters, and other forms of communication) for a)individual major donors b)legacy prospects and c)corporate donors under the direction of Head of Philanthropic partnership
  • Successfully manage and educate team members in order to develop intimate relationship with donors
  • Achieve income target by delivering relevant proposals(case for support) to donors at right timing
*Legacy donation is the donation from last wills and donation from inherited property.

Position External Events Senior Officer Communications Department

Main Responsibilities Objectives
He/She develops and oversees external events activities, including but not limited to lectures, community engagement events, and one-off or irregular events and ensure that they meet MSF Japan communications objectives to increase reach, awareness and engagement in Japanese society.

Position Donor Service Officer, Fundraising Department

Main Responsibilities Under the supervision of Donor Service Manager of Fundraising, close collaboration with other stakeholders in MSF Japan, Donor service officer improve operational excellence to support the achievement of fundraising strategies as well as provide direct service to donors.
  • Implement developing donor service strategies and tactics which are fully aligned with strategies of MSF Japan and fundraising department
