Position Donor Service Officer, Fundraising Department 
Type of Contract Open-ended Contract
Main Responsibilities Under the supervision of Donor Service Manager of Fundraising, close collaboration with other stakeholders in MSF Japan, Donor service officer improve operational excellence to support the achievement of fundraising strategies as well as provide direct service to donors.
  • Implement developing donor service strategies and tactics which are fully aligned with strategies of MSF Japan and fundraising department
  • Maximize donor life time value by ensuring the superior donor experiences
  • Ensure donor service process that fulfil the level of the service standard and cost-effectiveness.
  • Trigger continuous business improvement by advocating voice of donors, providing donor insight into MSF Japan office.

Desired Profile Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in customer service and/or call-center and/or sales support.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Advanced level of PC literacy especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong commitment to humanitarian aid work.
  • Native level Japanese. Business level English
  • Self-starter. Ability to work independently.

Place of Work MSF Tokyo Office (at Waseda Station, Tokyo Metro Tozai Line)
  • Salary to be defined as per MSF Japan Salary Scale.
  • Standard working hours per day as 8 hours under a flexible-time schedule.
  • Social insurance: Japanese government insurance (Health Insurance, Welfare Pension and Employment Insurance.)
  • Commuting Allowance and Child Allowance
  • Saturday/Sunday and Japanese national holidays off. Annual paid holidays, year-end/new-year holidays.
